GEORGE ANDERSON SMALL GROUP PROGRAM--PRINTABLE REGISTRATION FORM

 

The Small Group program is an opportunity for a person or related couple  to receive a mini-session with George Anderson in a group setting.  Each individual session  is generally 15-20 minutes in duration, and participants have the opportunity to listen to the sessions of others in the group as well.  There is a maximum of 8 persons/couples per group to ensure that every person/couple receives a mini-session.  The cost of the Small Group Program is the same for a single person or related couple--those coming as a couple must be related by circumstance to the souls they hope to hear from, since there is only one session per couple due to time constraints.

Please fill out this form and mail it to us with your payment/deposit to the address below.  Processing usually takes 2 weeks.  A confirmation letter will be sent via return mail (or email, if you prefer) indicating the date, time and location of your group session.  Payment may be made by check or money order. (U.S. funds only.)    For international registrants, we can only accept International Postal money orders or checks made in U.S. funds from a U.S. Bank.

Cost per session:   $400.00 for a single person or related couple (those hoping to hear from the same souls--there is only one session per couple due to time constraints.)

 
Refunds    
You have until 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund of your session fee. We regret that once the program has taken place, the registration fee is non-refundable. As long as we are notified by the day before your scheduled program, we will be happy to refund your full session fee.  By filling out the form below, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the terms herein.
